Prepared healthfully, pop corn actually packs up to twice as many polyphenols (the healthy antioxidants) as grapes and apples! And those pesky hulls that get caught in your molars? Well those puppies contain the highest concentration of disease fighting compounds…. and fiber too! Ditch the butter and opt for garlic powder or pink hymalian sea salt for a healthy snack that goes CRUNCH!
