Cabbage Soup

Cabbage Soup Diet

Please forgive me for what I am about to do….. on this beautiful day before Thanksgiving 2015. Now, I am not suggesting for even a moment that we are needing to lose weight…. but hey…. on Friday I can promise you will be thanking me for evening broaching this subject!! Now listen closely ‘ I am not suggesting that we do the entire 7 day diet (but you can, if so inclined). What I am suggesting is that tomorrow when cooking your Thanksgiving dinner… you make a pot of this delicious soup for a Friday back up plan. What I am suggesting is to instead of eating left-overs…. go for the soup!! I have lost up to 8 pounds following the full cabbage soup diet. And I have lost a solid 5 pounds in just one week eating a protein packed diet, no carbs and adding in this soup for lunch and dinner. The taste? Well it’s one of my favorite healthy soups… and how could it not be when chalked full of delicious healthy vegetables!! This soup is so yummy that you could even serve it as a addition to your Thanksgiving dinner!!

With the Christmas Holiday starting this weekend and so many parties and so many little black dresses with big red bows on them just waiting to for us to buy them…. Let’s get started…..
