As pretty as the meringue cakes it sells…. the Bo Nuage Boutique is ready for your Valentine’s Day shopping pleasure! You can get a box of chocolate anywhere…. but a sweet, gorgeous, fluffy meringue…. well it’s a Valentine dream come true! And if you live in Beverly Hills…. there is a brand new store in our neighborhood! Pascal and Audrey Achcar have brought these sweet Parisian treats to Los Angeles with two locations (West Hollywood as well) and are creating fluffy (love this word) heart shaped meringue lollipops and heart shaped meringue pies layered with fresh cream and fresh strawberries for this day of LOVE. Besides the jaw dropping beautiful pastries… what drew me to the new store in Beverly Hills… was the gorgeous black and white minimal design with rose gold accents… and the presentation and hat boxes that house the meringues. Not a better or more unique way to say…. “I love you” or a simple “Happy Valentine’s Day” than a box of fresh Parisian meringues!
