I just tried the Upside Down Mascara by Sephora. I usually never do a negative review… it’s just easier to NOT write about something. But this one is so interesting that I had to… The packaging and the actual product get a 10 for the best looking mascara I have ever seen! The function is a bit hard to use… and it’s very easy to goop and make a mess… but if you get the wands just right… you can have a seriously successful and volume-izing experience! Giving this mascara a 50/50 review….
